How long will my order take?
Every piece is made to order. In the U.S., hoodies and sweatpants both arrive in 5 to 10 business days, including production. International orders usually take 10 to 20 business days. Full shipping policy
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8.90, and free on orders $99+. Express is $19.90. You'll see every option at checkout.
How do I track my order?
We email and text you a tracking link as soon as it ships. You can also check it anytime in your account.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Duties or customs fees charged by your country are paid by the customer unless they were collected at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email hi@worldful.co as fast as you can. Since everything is made to order, we can only change or cancel it before it goes into production.
I ordered a hoodie and sweatpants. Why did only one arrive?
They're made separately, so they can ship and arrive on different days. You'll get tracking for each package.
Returns and exchanges
What's your return policy?
Full-price items can be returned for free within 30 days of delivery. They must be unworn, unwashed and have tags on. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Full refund policy
Can I return a sale or discounted item?
No. Sale and discounted items are final sale. That means anything with a crossed-out price, anything bought in a sale, promo or bundle deal, and anything bought with a discount code. They can't be returned or exchanged. Please check the size guide before you order.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, for full-price items, free within 30 days. Email hi@worldful.co with your order number and the size you want.
My item arrived damaged, misprinted or wrong.
We're sorry. Email hi@worldful.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. This covers every order, including sale items.
Fit and sizing
How do the hoodies fit?
They're made oversized on purpose, with a relaxed, dropped-shoulder drape. Take your usual size for the oversized look. Size down for a closer fit. Every product page has a size guide with exact measurements.
How do the sweatpants fit?
True to size at the waist with a relaxed wide leg. The waist is elastic with an adjustable drawstring. Stick with your usual size. The leg is already roomy.
Do they shrink?
Heavyweight cotton-blend fleece can shrink slightly if washed hot or tumble-dried on high. Follow the care tips below and your fit stays the same.
Product and care
What are they made of?
Our hoodies are 350 GSM heavyweight fleece, 70% cotton and 30% polyester, with a soft brushed interior. Our sweatpants are ultra-heavyweight 430 GSM fleece, 56% cotton and 44% polyester.
How should I wash them?
- Turn inside out
- Machine wash cold with similar colors
- Hang dry or tumble dry low
- Don't iron over the print or use bleach

How do I get $10 off?
Join our list with the "Claim $10" button at the bottom of any page. Your code works once, on your first order. Heads up: orders using a discount code are final sale.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Usually one code per order. If two codes can be combined, checkout will accept both.
